Loop Performance is an online personal training company dedicated to helping you move better, perform better, and stay healthy for the long term. We specialise in injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and youth athletic development, delivering personalised coaching designed around you — your goals, your lifestyle, and your training needs.

Sport and physical activity are a big part of life here in Australia — but with participation comes risk. Recent data shows that nearly one in five Australians experience a sports-related injury while being active, and more than 60,000 injuries were serious enough to require hospital care in 2023–24. That’s why injury prevention and smart training are core parts of everything we do.

With every client, you’re paired with a dedicated primary coach who provides weekly support, guidance, accountability, and expert feedback. We design training plans that are safe, effective, and tailored to your goals — whether you want to build muscle, lose body fat, improve sporting performance, or return from injury.
